When you’re looking for a super-quick snack or light meal that is full of protein and flavor, this is a great treat! It’s also easy for kids and teens to throw together as a nutritious after school snack while doing their homework.
Ingredients
2 pieces Wasa Multigrain Crispbread
4 thin slices Tomato
2-4 T. Hummus
1 large, thin slice Red Onion
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Spread 1-2 tablespoons of hummus on each slice of crispbread. Cut slice of red onion in half and place pieces of each half on the crispbread. Top with two thin slices of tomato on each piece of the bread. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
